What do you do when you have a couple of random Totem barrels and excess high-end Lake County Cabernet Sauvignon that was not placed into the Genesis 10 blend? In this case, we crafted a very approachable, remarkably elegant and yet bold wine and named it Katherine's Cabernet, after the Miller's eldest granddaughter.
A blend of the 2014 Howell Mountain Napa and 2016 Lake County fruit, this wine immediately became the Yonah team favorite wine the moment it was put into bottle.
