This wine is aged for 12 months in 60% French oak and 40% Hungarian oak, which leads to a pleasant, round flavor. It offers a beautiful balance between fruit and oak, with hints of coconut, citrus, minerals, and butterscotch.
Complexity is a term not often used to describe Georgia wines, but this wine proves that wrong. It is very complex.
